At Stacia's, based in Owings Mills, Maryland, I specialize in event design and installation. I understand how important it is to create a memorable event that reflects your unique style. I take great pride in utilizing my professional eye for design and attention to detail to create unforgettable experiences that exceed your expectations. With my skills as a balloon artist and an event designer, I am able to bring your vision to life. I offer a variety of services to make your event truly special. Whether you would like design services for a surprise engagement, wedding, birthday, romantic hotel experience, celebration of life, corporate event or anything in between, I am here to help. I continuously provide a personalized experience where no two events are identical, unless requested.
